Meet the founder
Stephanie Tsang, OD, FIAOMC
I am an optometrist, practice advisor, and clinical leader with deep experience across diverse practice models and growth stages — from cold starts and acquisitions to expansion and operational restructuring. Throughout my career, I've partnered closely with doctors, managers, and teams to build practices that are clinically strong, operationally efficient, and genuinely sustainable.
I founded Jing Vision Advisory after witnessing a consistent challenge inside highly capable practices: doctors stretched thin, struggling to balance clinical excellence, business growth, and personal well-being — not from lack of skill or drive, but from lack of the right structure and support.
My approach is direct, practical, and goal-focused. I help doctors cut through complexity, integrate specialty services, leverage innovative technology, and build streamlined systems that elevate patient care without sacrificing time, energy, or life outside the office. A core part of my philosophy is listening — to the doctor, and to the people inside the practice. Meaningful growth happens when teams feel heard, aligned, and invested in a shared direction. When that culture is in place, everything else follows.
What drives my work is helping doctors move from reactive to intentional — from feeling overwhelmed to feeling clear, supported, and in control. Growth should enhance your life, not consume it.
